I ordered this before Christmas. Tracking # is UM148413905CN. According to the tracking is says it arrived at US secondary sorting center on Jan 04, 2020. Where is is now? Will i get it or should I get a refund?

UM148413905CN left China for USA on Jan 4.

Normally it should be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks after arriving USA. It is very likely to be lost.

I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.
