I bought something from internet, and the status have been No registred Tracking number from 5 days ago. My tracking number is: LZ530080902CN Can you tell me if it’s a real Tracking number or if it was a scam?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ530080902CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
