Is it normal to not get an update for about 10 days (not including weekends) after leaving china?

I ordered something else the same day I ordered this one and it had been delivered already.

My tracking # is LW685064093CN

USPS websites shows LW685064093CN just arrived New York sorting center. You will get it very soon.
