Post [Shenzhen] exchange bureau has issued letters - What does that mean?

Hello. My tracking number is: RI341921695CN.

It states "[Shenzhen] exchange bureau has issued letters." This was updated on March 13, 2015 and has not since been updated.

Is this package okay? When should I expect to receive it in the United States?

status no changing within 4 weeks is normal. you should get this parcel by mid April.

This is the most updated information I can find, I'm just getting concerned as to when they'll be here.

This is the most updated information I can find, I'm just getting concerned as to when they'll be here.

http://suivichineposter.com/startairmail.php shows these 2 parcels are all stuck in Shenzhen customs. If nothing in this list http://track-chinapost.com/?p=650, the parcel should be released this week and reach Canada by early april, otherwise they should be rejected.

Hello my parcel are both saying the status is 'exchange bureau has issued letters'
where have these letters gone and how long will my parcel take to get to me

How am I able to tell whether my items have been discarded? I need to have proof of the items being held or discarded at customs in order to start my dispute with the seller.

you no need to has the proof in order to open the dispute. once you have opened the dispute, it is seller's burden to find a proof that buyer has received the goods otherwise you will get refund.

I tried to track it and the status is : exchange bereau has issued a letter !!
What does that mean exactly ?? When will I get my package ?

Good morning, I am having the same issues. i have order something and my tracking number is: RI406982458CN.
Last time it was updated was on March 31st saying that the exchange bureau has issued letters. When will I get me package? What does that mean?
