the parcel arrived Shenzhen 2 weeks ago. Normally it should have been delivered in one week if nothing wrong.

Ask your receiver call china post hot line 11185 asap, the parcel should have delivery problem.

1. No we can not tel you what exactly happen to the parcel and we don't know.

2. We are Volunteer people trying to help people with their parcel, we do not work for China Post.

3. You need to contact recipient and tell him to call China Post: 11185 as soon as possible to know where the parcel is and maybe arrange for delivery. The parcel is ready to be pickup.

4. If you do not contact recipient, eventually the parcel will maybe go back to you in Argentina.

Your parcel departed Shanghai on 20 April for Amsterdam, it got there but for reason I don't know (maybe the parcel was not able to be deliver or wrong address etc... ) the parcel return back on 19 March to China in Beijing on 21 March.

Then your parcel is going back to seller and last tracking is this:
2016-05-26 15:39:15.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

3. Seller should have received the parcel if not, then he need to call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out where is the parcel. You should give the seller the above full tracking so he knows what you are talking about. You should try to make some sort of arrangement with seller since you did not receive the parcel.
