try going to the chinese version of the EMS website, and there is a Chinese chatting customer service, (so you don't have to talk to them on the phone), and use google translate, (which is accurate in Chinese) and telling them your problem,
and also if you need further assistance China post logistics has an email: [email protected], email them your problem in chinese also.

Do they actually reply?

Like Saunder I have a ship and have dozens of ePacket parcels from December and even November still not delivered, or even updated in the tracking. The refund requests from eBay and PayPal are getting ridiculous and destroying any December profit...

Why is there no official announcement about the delays from EMS? That could at least ease the customer concerns. Or is there any in Chinese?
