Hi there,

I was expecting two packages from one seller at the same time. I received one and another one seems to be stuck in Beijing since May 10th, stating that it was sent to the airline but it's been over a week now. Please check the status of this package for me: RC844632997CN

it is normal. after sent to airline, parcel information will not change until it is delivered. you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks.
