got this number from the seller on aug 4th. now it over three days still nothing. any comment? should i continue to wait? thanks!

your seller has not shipped anything yet. Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will file complaint against fraud.
