RL271108862CN is my tracking number. Yet when i check the tracking info it says cleared for. Customs twice about a week apart in the exact same post office why?

your parcel is looping in Fuzhou customs. normally this means parcel has something not allowed by airline or customs. it is not a good news.

sometimes china post or china customs might make mistake, we only know the parcel can not pass customs scan.
