Your item left Guangzhou on 18 Oct, and unfortunately, that's the last update you'll get. Usually the next update would come in 1-2 weeks, when the USPS receives and scans the item, but since Oct 1, the USPS no longer scans or tracks incoming registered items from China and many other countries.

The parcel left China on Oct 6. You should get it by early Nov.
