I sent package back company in china for exchange and it has been over three weeks and they say they have not received it yet. The USPS tracking# shows that it went from Virginia to Chicago. Unable to track in China because I don't have a tracking # for China. What can I do?

you can use USPS tracking number in china post tracking system http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

My USPS Tracking number does not start with a R it starts with LC and ends with CN

LC317090895US is an express mail from USPS. EMS china is the agent in China. you should track it here: http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php
