I need to know if this tracking number is real or fake. RG954928314CN. If this is a fake number, why did they give me a fake number for my items?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG954928314CN shows the number is invalid. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
