Hello,

An order I placed about two weeks ago with EMS shipping hasn't made it to me yet. The tracker says it left Shanghai on 2/25, but there have been no updates since then. Has my package actually left China, or has it made it to the USA and the info just hasn't updated yet?

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel has not arrived USA yet. normally EMS parcel should arrive USA in 2 weeks. I suggest you wait one more week and track again. If the parcel does not arrive by Mar 20, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
