when I track it, it says in was "sent to airport" on 11/28 that is over a month. We it still be delivered or did something happen to it?

If the parcel was sent to airline more than one month ago and you have not received it, then the parcel might be lost. You need to file a non-receipt dispute with paypal or aliexpress asap.
