I ordered a guitar pedal from a seller on aliexpress, in September. It said it was shipped on 9/24, but the last tracking information is on 10/10. I asked the US Post Office all they could tell me was "it was in customs." I am not sure if this is true or not. Why would it be in customs? It's just a simple guitar effects pedal. It has been over 2 months since I ordered it.

It says:

RB772400585CN 2013 Departure from outward office of exchange 10/10/2013, but it has never arrived over a month later. Seller will not respond to my emails and Aliexpress cusomter service won't respond either.

RB772400585CN has not changed status in Beijing since Oct 10. It should have already been returned to shipper. Check following post:
