Can you help me to find where is this package now? I checked this tracking number, It shows "sent to airline on Dec 20th".

normally parcel should arrive USA within 2 to 3 weeks after "sent to airline" date. Your parcel might stuck somewhere for unknown reason, we suggest you open a dispute to get your money back first.
