When I look this up it just says it departed ??? ... but that was over a week ago ... does it get updated ... Where is it now ??? When should I receive this ???

RB225856620CN was sent to airline on Dec 8. It seems that it could not catch flight to Vancouver. No updated reason or information is provided by airline at this moment.
