Hello,

I shipped a package CP270003914CN from Hangzhou on Dec. 9 and was told that it would arrive to the US in a week by the woman at the China Post counter. However, it is listed as NULL on the tracking website. What does this mean? I sent another package CP255036892CN some days later and it is also listed as NULL.

CP270003914CN and CP255036892CN were just sent to airline on Dec 18. Normally you need to wait another 7 to 15 business days to get the parcel.
