I ordered item March 5, tracking # was assigned. LS260032845CN I'm concerned with planes being grounded, etc that the item never left the country and that I'll never receive it. Any advice?

your parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on Mar 14. It is still in Shanghai airport since then.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to USA. China Post has not enough airline shipping space. you might need 2 to 4 more weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
