Hi team, I hope you're doing fine, can you please help me verifying if the the following package is lost? ri718545926cn , it has the status " Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared " since November 13th.

Date/Time Location/Status
2015-11-11 18:27:22.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2015-11-11 21:43:38.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 customs scan
2015-11-12 14:42:37.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 佛山
2015-11-13 11:01:26.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2015-11-13 12:44:08.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

I bought other orders after this one, and I received them without problems, I have an issue only with this tracking

the parcel should have left China. You need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get the parcel. The status will not change before it arrives Mexico.
