I ordered 4 weeks ago and have not received yet. My order number is LS308003385CN. Can you please help? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS308003385CN was shipped from China to USA on April 15. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Please give me an update on my order LS308003385CN. It has now been 6 weeks since I ordered. Funny how my payment cleared in a matter of TWO days but my order has yet to arrive. This is ridiculous!

I OEDERED THE MESSY BUN (BROWN) ON JANUARY 9TH ON A THURSDAY AT 9:40 A.M. AND I HAVE NOT HEARD NOTHING FROM THIS ORDER, I HAVE EMAILED YOU PEOPLE SEVERAL TIMES AND I HAVE WENT TO THE TRACKING PAGE WITH MY TRACKING # AND STILL NOTHING!!!!! EITHER I HEAR FROM YOU PEOPLE VERY,VERY, VERY SOON I WILL TURN YOU IN FOR FRAUD!!!!!!! SO VERY UPSET CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!

LS308003385CN is still Shenzhen airport.

As I mentioned before, covid19 crisis has cancelled most airlines from China to USA. Shenzhen area suffers most serious delay in China. Many parcels shipped in early March are still there.

Good news is that situation becomes better now . some parcel shipped in early March just arrived USA. Your parcel probably need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to reach USA.

If your seller has promised a delivery date which has passed away, you can open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

LS308003385CN is still in Shenzhen which has the worst delay in China Post system. You need wait some more time.
