A package was apparently delivered to me but I received no notice. It is still on US soil and I am wondering if you can reroute it back to me or a new address.

Tracking number: LN146389593CN

There is currently no phone number for me to call to speak with someone directly.

the parcel is in USPS office in OAKLAND, CA 94606 . USPS will not redirect that parcel. You should contact that USPS and pickup the parcel in person as soon as possible. Otherwise it might be returned to China.

Good morning. I have contacted that post office and they are telling me that they have returned it to you. So now what do I do? I have contacted the post office 4 times and they are informing me that your system is not updated. It was scanned December 14 at 138am for a return to you. Please check your system again.

The parcel will be returned to shipper. You can only contact shipper to ship you replacement.

Hi there! Just checked the location of my package and there is no updated information on whether or not it has made it back to china. Can I get a status update?
