Dear Chinapostvolunteer,

Could you please help me check this package (USPS): CJ195134334US ? I sent this package on 12/18/14, the most recent tracking information updated on usps website was on 12/25/14. It says that "Your item departed a transfer airport in Pu Dong, Shanghai, CHINA on December 25, 2014 at 1:36 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination." But today is already 1/6/15, my package hasn't been delivered yet. Do you have any idea what is going on?

CJ195134334US should be in China Customs in Shanghai, Customs has not given it to China Post yet and none knows when they will release the goods. You can do nothing but wait.
