Hi, I wonder what happened to My package LT016958761CN. I tracked it from the usps website and it showed this package never went into the US. However, I called the China post and they told me this package arrived in Chicago on July 29th. What is the problem of Chicago ISC? Is there anyone suffering the same? When my package can move? Thank you. I called usps and they gave me the same information as I saw from the usps website. That is why I called China post. I received about 10 packages from China (all through Chicago ISC) last year but this is the first I met his. Normally, it takes 10 days that I receive the package from Beijing. All my packages arrived in time except this one. I just wonder if there is something wrong with Chicago ISC. This is really strange!!!

Don't ship anything through Chicago ISC recently!!! It is really a nightmare.

2. You could call USPS but I don't think it will do any good. I guess you just need to wait for the parcel to go through US Customs Office.
