As the china post volunteer mentioned:

There is no way for the postal office to redirect the item.

It's the responsibility of whomever gave the address for the item: either you or the seller.

- If it was you, it's your fault and you should be more careful when buying. So you would have to buy the item again.
- If it was the seller, you need to let them know, so they can refund you the money or send the item again to the right address as compensation.
