I placed and order 5/14/2017 and have not been able to get any information on it's whereabouts. It said I could track until it reaches destination country (US) but the information provided has not given anything and it still has not been delivered. Please help

Above information shows the parcel arrived USA on Jun 3. If you have not got it, it should be lost in USA. Open dispute to seller for refund.

But what does the customs part mean? Is it in US customs or has it been released?
