Your tracking number is valid, and yes it can take time for an item to be in transit as China Post makes numerous hops to arrive at the destination country, please see the estimate arrival page to know how long you may have to wait.

3. To me the parcel departed China to USA, maybe the first parcel did not get scan but this one will. I suspect your parcel has arrive in USA and did not clear Custom Office yet. It should not be to long that you will see some movement on the USPS site.

4. Did the first parcel landed in San Francisco also!

5. According to different tracking I have done to your parcel, it seems to be fine for me, you just need to wait for it.
