my parcel is stuck for a while now at the status "Leaving parcel center Shanghai (China)". How long will this take? Can you help me?

My tracking number is: LZ151404656CN

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LZ151404656CN was shipped on Mar 24. It should arrive Netherlands by mid of April.
