Hi. I would rather not give my tracking number unless necessary.

I ordered a package about 3 weeks ago, and 10 (business) days ago it shipped. Since then, it has been stuck on "Despatch from sorting center" no update whatsoever. However, a few days ago it changed from "in transit" to "Your parcel has been picked up". I have spoken to the sender about this and I was told I should have an update by today. However, that is not the case and I doubt it will update any time soon.

I'm just a bit confused- why has nothing happened, and why is it stuck on "Your parcel has been picked up"? (Also, I checked USPS and it says the package is still pre-shipment.) I am totally fine with being patient and I'm not worried, rather just confused why nothing has happened.

Hard to say without seeing more details. It's possible your package was shipped with a logistics company that hands items off to China Post, and the "Your parcel has been picked up" message corresponds to the parcel being given to the post office.

Well, the odd thing was the post office apparently already had it, and it was picked up again. Though I'm sure they'll do something soon.
If I don't get an update in the coming days I'll repost this with all of my info
