Hello!My order RH086507914CN has been in "Sent to Airport (Beijing)" status for more than a month.How many days should I wait more?Is my parcel lost?

There is a pair of shoes inside. The seller said that the cargo has arrived in my city, while in the post office said there is no such parcel. What should I do?

now is rush season. shipping time might take 5 to 8 weeks. the parcel should be ok, no need worry.
