Hi, My package was supposed to be shipped from China to Canada in April. My tracking # is RH305470790CN. This is an eBay purchase. According to the China Post site, the item was sent to the next airport/seaport on April 10. However, according to the tracking on eBay, the item was still at SHHPUDONG on April 14. Can anyone help me figure out what is going on with my package or where it is? This is the tracking information provided by eBay tracking:

1. I could not find your four last tracking starting Monday, Apr 11, 2016.

2. All the tracking I have done shows the parcel departed China:
2016-04-10 23:01:01.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

3. On Canada Post I can not see anything except this:
Tracking # :RH305470790CN
Date / Time :2016/04/09 - 09:30

4. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible so he can call China Post Hot Line: 11185 to find out what happen to your parcel.

5. In Canada there is a delay from Canadian Customs but your parcel is not normal. In 2 days it will be 60 days since it was in the China Mail System.

6 Again please contact your seller as soon as possible.

Thank you, Int077. I have contacted the seller, who advised me to wait until June 10.

Yes, the last four tracking items can be seen via the eBay tracking, but not via China Post tracking.

When I have tried to track on the Canada Post site I always see this: RH305470790CN 2016/04/09 / 09:30 There is no information available for this international item. Tracking by Canada Post is not a feature for this product. International Inbound Registered

Do you think it is still possible it might arrive, or would it have been lost prior to departing China or ... ?

1. Well you are a lucky Lady, this is what I found for you:
Tracking # :RH305470790CN
Date / Time :2016/06/07 - 08:14

2. So basically your parcel is out of Customs office and in the hands of Canada Post. You should received your parcel this week or beginning next week.

3. Maybe the seller did ask China Post to query Canada Post for your parcel but it does not matter is on it's way now.
