I need clarity, once the parcel is sent to airline, who is responsible to deliver the parcel at door step? is it the china post or the country's post office.

china post does not deliver the goods in your country. your country's post office is the delivery partner for china post parcel in your country.

Thank you for your quick response,
Nevertheless i need more information.
I am in South Africa, is there any number to call in order to do the parcel tracking , apparently tracking numbers change when they get in this country.
