I ordered some phones from China in September and I was given the tracking number above. According to thé tracking détails the parcel arrived in Zambia on 9 November. Since then the parcel was not délices to me. I went to thé Post Office only to find that the parcel has wrong addressee, détails and content of the parcel. Does it mean I was duped or only thé tracking number was wrong? Please help thanks

Shipping address is printed by your seller. Your seller might have printed wrong address by mistake, or intentionally used other people tracking number to cheat your money.

No matter which is the case, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
