Dear China Post,

Can I get an update on my parcel CP303077109CN? It has been in the same location since 10th April 2018. All my other orders at the same time has arrived almost a week ago.

Edit: sorry I didn't realize this is the US region, my parcel is sent from China to Brunei, part of Asia.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to Hong kong AMC. normally this means the parcel will be carried by ship not airplane. Ocean parcel can take 8 to 20 weeks to reach Brunei, you need some patient.

By the way, is your parcel over 2 kgs?

Oh alright, yes I think the parcel is over 2kg, does that affect anything?

if parcel is over 2kgs, it must go through sea instead of air.
