A USPS custom no. LC623609140US (Package International China, Weight: 2lb 10.70 oz) was sent from USA at June 4, 2015 to my address
( MD. SAIFUL ISLAM
Building # 1,Unit # 2, Apt # 1202
Gong Hua Jia Yuan, Xi ercunxiaoqu
West to Shahe Subway Station
Changping District, Beijing, PR China Phone: +86-13260299860
MD. SAIFUL ISLAM, 北京昌平区沙河地铁西50米,巩华家园西二村小区1-2-1202 ,手机号+86-13260299860)

It is almost 9 months passed and still i did not receive it or got any update about it. I have contacted the local post office and web chat but no one can give me any information about it.
Whom should i contact? Is it stuck at any customs?
Please see the details below i have got from USPS. USPS is saying that it has left USA and reached in China.

China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System information is
Parcel No.LC623609140US tracking result

2015-06-04 13:11:00.0 USA received

Any help is appreciated.

it should be lost. Normally parcel will arrive China in one month

try to contact USPS and ask them to start an investigation. I know someone wait about half year and finally got return from USPS after the investigation.

Next time you need to ship the goods with USPS register mail (tracking number starting with R), it is more reliable than USPS first class mail(number starting with L).
