http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ515211441CN shows the parcel arrived Germany on Jul 11. If you did not get it , you need contact your local Germany Post(DHL) and inquiry delivery detail. If they can not find the parcel for you, open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon for lost parcel refund.
