I mailed a package out march 9th to china and he said he did not receive it yet. The tracking number is LC141850486US. Any info?

LC141850486US is USPS 1st class mail. China Post does not scan such parcel. So you can not know delivery status for such parcel. You can not even know if it has arrived China.

Next time you should use USPS register mail(tracking number staring with R and ending with US)
