My parcel was said to have shipped a month ago, when I look at my tracking number it shows that my parcel is in destination 215564 "received by post office" and has been there for just under a month. why is it not being shipped and where is this destination??

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the last location was in shanghai on Jun 17. Normally parcel status will freeze after it left china. So it should be in some transit airport between china and canada. You need wait 2 to 4 more weeks to get the goods.
