Post Package stuck in customs in Guangzhou

Hi, can you please help me with my parcel? Usually it just takes a few minutes to get through customs in Guangzhou but this time it says held by customs and I am not sure if that means that it was confiscated..

The tracking number is: EE855050272CN and its bound for USA

1. Possibly means that they have to look at the parcel, maybe not a good sign.

2. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible to let him know that the parcel is held by Customs in Guangzhou. He can call China Post EMS to find out what is the problem.

Thanks for your help. I told this to the seller but he said that the parcel has left China and I am not sure about it. What should I do in that case...

1. You can not do nothing about it, you need to wait for the parcel. I have only one site saying that the parcel is out of Customs and 2 site that are saying that the parcel is held by Customs.

2. But I have seen this before with EMS parcel and the parcel ended up in USA just normally. Is it an error of the person putting the info into the system, it could be, human error happens.

3. Wait till the 25 Nov and see if any tracking will show up at the USPS site or any other tracking you are using. If none, then contact seller and ask him to tell you were you can track the parcel that said your parcel has left China.
