Post Package still not received been almost a month

:( I ordered from sammy dress and I have been really excited to receive my package seeing as there cloths are beautiful i been tracking it for weeks and it still says sent to airline in Guangzhou to Canada but still no notification from Canada post they said they see the package in the system but it hasn't made it to canada I don't know what to do I need that package for a wedding please can someone help me .

http://track-chinapost.com/start_canadapost.php shows the parcel left Guangzhou airport for Canada on Sep 13. it should have arrived vancouver long time ago. You'd better contact Canada Post and inquiry the parcel location. If they can not find the parcel, it should be lost by airline.

it should be lost, open a dispute and claim refund from seller asap.

It has been close to 4 weeks, and the tracking number states that it is still with you.LK243233100CN

the parcel should have problem in Suzhou. Ask seller ship you another one, if he does not agree, open dispute to ebay.

if you purchased from aliexpress or ebay, you should open dispute asap. those parcel might be rejected or lost in customs.
