I recently ordered from eBay. My tracking number is LK926677116CN the status says delivered fri jan 31, 2014 but I have yet to receive the package. I was at home all day waiting because it mentioned that it was out for delivery. As stated I never received the package and it says that it was delivered. What steps do I need to take now.

LK926677116CN has been delivered by USPS in NORFOLK, VA 23523 . If you have not got the parcel, please contact your local USPS office and find out who signed the parcel.
