Hi,

I ordered a package through Aliexpress and this is what I have received from China Post tracking:

Parcel No.RO236932707CN tracking result

2016-09-19 23:51:19.0 南昌city 包裹快递局 received
2016-09-19 23:52:52.0 南昌city 包裹快递局 customs scan
2016-09-19 23:58:52.0 leaving 南昌city 包裹快递局 ,next station 南昌station
2016-09-20 08:59:17.0 南昌Transit Station export security scan
2016-09-20 11:26:05.0 南昌Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-09-22 21:55:23.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-09-23 02:42:52.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared

Usually, is the next step to show where the package is headed next?

The seller just keeps saying that the logistics information is evidence and that I should provide the information to my local post office.

I have called Canada Post and visited my local post office to see if a package has arrived for me. No luck with either.

What can I do at this point?

1. This is what I found for you:

and this:

Description :Tracking is not available for international registered mail items sent to Canada.
Service Type :International Inbound Registered

2. I guess your phone call did do something and they found your parcel. Or it was the seller that initiated the search for your parcel.

3. Now what does that mean, that I can not tell you, it might be going to Customs or it already pass Customs and it's in Montreal to go at the final destination.
