I cannot track Package RI315195023CN, since 02/01 it just says "Export Customs Scan".

it should be delayed in customs. wait one more week, if it does not arrive, you may need to open dispute.

epacket is slow since Feb. you need wait one or two more weeks and then track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php/. It should have new status.

it should be ok. status no changing for 2 to 4 weeks is normal.
