Hi,

I ordered my item via ebay, and they gave me a tracking number of 44092517615, shipment date is 04-28-2015, but looking at the tracker it has not move since 2015-05-01 or more than 4 weeks. please help.

2015-05-01 12:48:25.0 Guangzhou international security scan

Current Status:
Tracking# Destination Status
44092517615 Guangzhou international security scan

The item are just led drivers.

44092517615 is not register mail. you can not track further detail after security scan. if you can not get it in 4 weeks, open dispute .

It seems like it is stalled. Here is what it says

At what point should I become concerned that I won't get it?

Status freezing for 2 to 4 weeks is quite common, especially when it has left China and can not be updated by China Post. No need worry.
