Could you please assist where is this parcel now? RV507407367CN.. it says here what i have understood in the tracking the parcel was return to the shipper. could you please explain?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV507407367CN shows the parcel was rejected by safety check point . then returned to original post office on Nov 10. You won't get it in future.

What is the item inside?

no , you won't get this item in future. you need to open dispute for refund.
