Order placed on Dec 7, still have not received and “stuck” in secondary processing center since Dec 19. I want my order!

UT733092352CN arrived USA on Dec 19. Normally it should be delivered within 2 weeks after arriving USA. The parcel has 90% chance to be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for refund.
