Hello,

I’m trying to get the status of a package I sent from US to China. The last status I’m showing is that the package arrived in China and was processed on 3/29/18 at 10:21am but Ihavent been able to get further status. I had the recipient in China check their local post office as well but they’re saying there is no info. Is there a way to find out where my package is? If not, is there a phone number or contact info for the local facility in China that we could get?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou last month. Normally it should be delivered in one week after arriving Guangzhou. You can ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and see if they can find the parcel. If 11185 can not locate the parcel, it should be lost.
