My small parcel, LS311070972CN, was mailed out by the seller on April 17th, and the last update available is that it was "handed over to airlines" on May 19th. Since then, there have been no updates and no movement. The seller is a small business and told me China Post is refusing to say where the packages are, so if it hasn't arrived by August 17th I should ask for a refund.

Is there any chance it will ever arrive or is it most likely that it was lost?

we are not sure when the parcel will delivered to you.
here is no updated since May.19. If your buyer protection is expiring, suggest you need ask your seller or the website which you ordered the purchase to extend protection or open dispute for refund.
