Post package late or lost?

Hi there, my package said it was going to be delivered between march 14-30th. tracking number is LM275408893CN when i try tracking my package it says there is no tracking info. and my shipping info on ebay only says shipping info recieved. is my package lost? thanks.

LM275408893CN is fake number. Your seller did not ship anything to you.
