Post Package keeps arriving at and departing from the same place?

Since February 3rd my package keeps arriving and departing from YongXing. There is only one different destination and it was "YongXing XXYUSZX". What is going on with my package?

That has no information. So that means it isn't in the US yet?

That gives me the same results I've seen, just departing and arriving at the same place.
